【摘要】 目的 探讨循证医学在视疲劳检查和治疗中的作用。方法 提出视疲劳检查与治疗中存在的问题，分析如何把循证医学应用到视疲劳的检查和治疗中。结果 提出实施循证医学的详细实施步骤。结论 开展循证医学可以为视疲劳提供更安全、有效、经济的检查和治疗方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical significance of evidence-based medicine in the examination and the treatment aimed at the asthenopia.Methods Presenting the problems of the examination and the treatment aimed at the asthenopia and analysing the way that how to use evidence-based medicine in the examination and the treatment of the anthenopia.Results Putting forward detailed steps about evidence-based medicine in the examination and the treatment of asthenopia.Conclusion Developing the evidence-based medicine will provide more secure,more effective and more economical examinations and treating methods to asthenopia.
