【摘要】 目的 探讨应用带角膜缘结膜瓣移位治疗翼状胬肉的术后疗效和复发率。方法 41例44眼翼状胬肉，术中切除胬肉行带角膜缘结膜瓣移位至术区，术后随访6个月～2年。结果 术后有2例3眼复发性胬肉再次复发，原发性胬肉无复发，复发率6.8%。结论 带角膜缘结膜瓣移位治疗翼状胬肉术后疗效显著，复发率低。

    【Abstract】 Objective To treat wing form ptergium by moving autologus limbal conjunctiva, observe the effect and relapse rate after operation.Methods For 44 eyes wing form ptergium of 41 cases, cut off the ptergium and move the autologus limbal conjunctiva petal to surgical operation area during operation, after operation with visit 6 months～2 years.Results 2 cases 3 eyes relapsed again after operation for relapse ptergium, no case relapsed for original ptergium, relapsing rate is 6.8%.Conclusion Curative effect of this treatment is obvious and relapsing rate is low.
