【摘要】 目的 探讨术前超声检查对先天性白内障、外伤性白内障、老年性白内障的诊断及术后视力预后评估的临床意义。方法 对60例78眼白内障行超声检查，并分别与术中所见、术后检查进行对照分析。结果 3种白内障声像图有其各自特征，78眼超声检查诊断符合率为96.15%。结论 超声检查眼部，操作简便，晶状体图像显示清晰，可做出直观性图像诊断，对手术方式的选择及预后有重要价值。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate clinical significance of B-mode ultrasonic scanning as a preoperative eye examination on the diagnosis,postoperative vision and prognosis for congential,traumatic and senile cataract patients.Methods 78 eyes of 60 cataract operative cases underwent B-mode ultrasonic scanning preoperatively and were compared match the intra-operative findings along with postoperative examination.Results There are three characteristic echograms respectively for each kind of cataract patients match 96.15% diagnostic coincidence rate:among 78 eyes.Conclusion B-mode ultrasonic scanning of eye examination plays an important role in the operative selection and prognostic evaluation because of its convenient procedure match high quality picture of crystalline lens and direct figure diagnosis.
