【摘要】 目的 探讨急性尿路感染抗生素的合理联用。方法 共收治82例成人女性患者，随机平均分为2组，第1组以头孢噻肟钠联用庆大霉素2周，第2组以头孢噻肟钠联用左氧氟沙星2周。结果 第1组用药后1周内36例膀胱刺激症消失，2周后所有患者症状基本消失，尿常规白细胞大于5个1例，余正常；第2组用药后1周内30例膀胱刺激症消失，2周后38例症状基本消失，尿白细胞大于5个3例，尿菌大于10万个5例。结论 头孢噻肟钠联用庆大霉素较头孢噻肟钠联用左氧氟沙星效果好。合理的联合用药对缩短患者病程，同时减少患者不必要经济开支，对临床工作有很现实意义。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the rational choice in the treatment of acute urinary tract infection with antibiotics.
