【摘要】 目的 比较不锈钢器械与镊钛器械对弯曲根管拉直的效应。方法 对42个根管用镍钛根管器械预备，40个根管用不锈钢器械预备。预备后，对所有的根管进行充填。用咬合板定位X线片法对每个牙在术前和术后进行拍片。用计算机图像分析软件对根管弯曲度的拉直情况进行测量。并同时记录预备的时间和主尖锉的大小。结果 镊钛组较不锈钢组根管拉直的情况较轻，预备时间较短。主尖锉的型号较大。结论 临床研究证实镍钛器械预备弯曲根管省时、省力，更能维持根管的原有形态。
