【摘要】 目的 观察运用维生素E(Vit E)并抚触治疗新生儿寒冷损伤综合征的疗效。方法 将65例患有寒冷损伤综合征的新生儿随机分为A组32例和B组33例。A组给予常规综合治疗，B组在A组的基础上加用VitE抚触后观察7～10天。结果 B组硬肿消退时间明显快于A组(t=7.4,P<0.01)。结论 用维生素E抚触可促进硬肿快速消退，是一种比较简单有效的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of Vitamin E combined with touch on neonatal cold injure syndrome.Methods All of 65 patients with neonatal cold injury syndrome were divided into group A (32 cases) and group B (33 cases).32 cases of group A were treated with conventional therapy.33 cases of group B were treated with Vitamin E combined with touches.Two groups were observed for 7～10 days.Results Cases of Group B recovered quickly significantly than that in Group A (t=7.4,P<0.01). Conclusion Combined treatment with Viamin E and touch in neonatal cold injure syndrome could be a simple,effective method to recover more quickly.
