【摘要】 目的 观察更昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法 将115例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组59例和对照组56例，分别静脉给予更昔洛韦5mg/(kg·d)和利巴韦林10～15mg/(kg·d)，对临床体征的变化进行分析。结果 治疗组临床症状及体征均较对照组消失早(P<0.01)，治疗组总有效率91.5%，对照组总有效率71.4%(P<0.01)。结论 更昔洛韦治疗小儿手足口病疗程短、见效快、无毒副作用。

    Study on clinical effect of ganciclovir on the hand,foot and mouth disease in children

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of ganciclovir on children with hand foot and mouth disease (HFMD).Methods 115 patients with HFMD were divided into two groups randomly.The treatment group (59 patients) were treated with ganciclovir 5mg/kg·d intravenously,and the control group were treated with ribavirin 10～15mg/kg·d intravenously.In the process of treatment,the change of symptoms and signs were observed everyday.Results The clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the treatment group disappeared earlier than in the control group (P<0.01).The total effective rate was 91.5% in the treatment group and 71.4% in the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion Ganciclovir can shorten the treatment period and raise the curative without side effect in children with HFMD. ......
