【摘要】 目的 探讨曲美他嗪(万爽力)对稳定型冠心病患者QT离散度(QTd)的影响。方法 40例稳定型冠心病患者采用随机、单盲、对照的方法分为曲美他嗪组和常规治疗组。观察4周后所有稳定型冠心病患者治疗前后QTcmax、QTcmin及QTcd的变化。结果 两组稳定型冠心病患者治疗后QTcmax和QTcd均较治疗前有明显减少(P<0.05)，在曲美他嗪组减少的尤为明显，两组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 稳定型冠心病患者存在显著QTd增加，曲美他嗪可显著降低慢性心力衰竭患者QTd。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of trimetazidine on QT dispersion in patients with stable coronary artery disease.Methods The collected QT dispersion(QTcd),QTcmax and QTcmin were measured in 40 patients with stable coronary artery disease,and the 40 cases of stable coronary artery disease were divided into two groups by using a randomized,control and single blind method,trimetazidine group(n=20)and routine treatment group(n=20).4 weeks months after treatment,the above indices were measured again.Results Both QTcmax and QTcd were decreased significantly in two groups after 4 weeks treatment(P<0.05) ......
