【摘要】 目的 观察氪激光光凝术治疗视网膜黄斑分支静脉阻塞的临床疗效。方法 用氪激光光凝术治疗视网膜黄斑分支静脉阻塞46例46眼，治疗前后做视力、眼底及荧光素眼底血管造影(FFA)检查，术后随访1年。结果 46例患者中视力增高38例，不变者8例，无视力下降。38眼激光治疗后黄斑区出血、水肿完全吸收且FFA显示荧光渗漏消失。结论 氪激光光凝术治疗视网膜黄斑分支静脉阻塞疗效显著，及时光凝有利于患者视力早日恢复。

    Clinical observation of krypton laser photocoagulation in treatment of macular branch retinal vein occlusion

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of krypton laser photocoagulation treatment on macular branch vein occlusion.Methods Krypton laser photocoagulation treatment was given to 46 cases (46 eyes) of macular branch retinal vein occlusion.Before and after treatment,visual acuity and fundus were examined and fundus fluorescein angiography and retinal color photograph were taken.The follow-up period was 1 year.Results There were 38 eyes in which the final vision acuity had been increased,8 eyes in which the final vision acuity had no change and none in which the final vision acuity had been decreased among the 46 eyes after treatment.Hemorrhage and exudation of 38 eyes had completely been absorbed after the treatment.Conclusion Krypton laser photocoagulation is an effective method to treat macular branch retinal vein occlusion.Photocoagulation should be performed as soon as possible in order to improve the visual acuity. ......
