模拟高强度推拉动作对大鼠海马神经元损伤的实验研究

摘要:目的探讨大鼠经高强度模拟推拉动作暴露后,海马不同区域神经元的损伤程度和时相变化规律。方法健康雄性Wistar大鼠20只,随机分为正常对照组5只,实验组(8Gz → +8Gz组)15只。正常对照组不做任何处理,实验组大鼠分别在暴露后30 min、6 h、24 h取材,灌流固定;石蜡切片,HE染色,光镜观察;超薄切片,透射电镜观察。结果±8Gz暴露后6 h和24 h海马各区可见到一定数量形态发生改变的神经元,以CA1区损伤最重。结论高强度推拉动作可造成海马神经元的损伤。关键词:推拉动作;海马;神经元;损伤
The experimental study on the injury of hippocampal neurons of rats caused by simulated highintensity pushpull maneuver

Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the injury of hippocampus neurons in different areas and time phase change in rats after expose to stimulated high intensity pushpull maneuver.MethodsTewenty healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into the control group(5 rats) and experimental group(-8Gz → +8Gz) (15rats). Nothing was done for the rats in the control groups while the rats in the experimental groups were perfused and fixed and cut respectively at 0.5hour,6hour and 24hour after exposure for HE staining for observing of light microscope and ultrathin sectioning for analysis of ultrastructure.ResultsThere are some neurons with morphological change in different areas of hippocampus after 6hour and 24hour exposure to ±8Gz and the injury was the most severe in CA1 area. ConclusionThe intensity high pushpull maneuver may cause more injury of hippocampus tissues. ......
