     【摘要】目的：探讨CD44smRNA在大肠癌细胞中表达的特点。方法：利用核酸原位杂交技术，对52例大肠癌组织进行检测。结果：CD44smRNA在大肠癌中总阳性率为6538%(34/52)CD44smRNA表达与患者的性别、年龄及分化程度无相关性，而与有否淋巴结转移有一定的相关性。结论:CD44smRNA在大肠癌中有较高表达，可作为临床预测大肠癌转移潜能的一个重要参考指标。

    The Study of CD44smRNA Expression in Large Intestine Carcenoma

    【ABSTRACT】 Objective:To study the expression character of CD44smRNAin large intestine cancer. Methods:The 52 cases of large intestine cancer were examined with in situ hybridization methods.Results:The total positive expression rate of CD44smRNA was 6346%(33/52) in large intestin cancer. The CD44smRNA was correlated with patient's age, sex and tumor differentiation(P>005).There was a significant correlation between CD44smRNA and lymph node metastasis(P<005).Conclusion:There was higher expression of CD44 in large intestin cancer.The expression of CD44smRNA may serve as an indicator to predict the lymph nodes metasis in large intestine carcinoma. ......
