铜绿假单胞菌随机扩增DNA多态性基因分型研究

     【摘要】 目的:调查铜绿假单胞菌在临床各科中的流行情况,以期建立稳定的临床检测系统,在控制院内感染的流行病研究中发挥更大的作用。方法:用微量液体稀释法进行药敏检测,用RAPD技术进行基因分型。结果:耐药谱分6型,Ⅰ型占445%,Ⅱ型占185%,Ⅲ型占74%,Ⅳ型占74%,Ⅴ型占111%,Ⅵ型(不定型)占11%; RAPD分9型,A型占519%,B型占74%,C型占74%,D型占74%,E型占74%,F型占37%,G型占37%,H型占74%,I型占37%。结论:基因型A型、耐药谱Ⅰ型的铜绿假单胞菌是此次ICU医院感染暴发流行的菌株,其它型别为非流行相关菌株。 RAPD基因分型的灵敏性、特异性及可靠性优于耐药谱分型,在医院感染流行病学调查中具有较大的应用价值。 铜绿假单胞菌对哌拉西林、头孢唑啉、头孢呋肟耐药率高;对喹诺酮类抗生素较敏感;对氨基糖甙类抗生素有一定的耐药性;亚胺培南的耐药率最低。

    Study on Genotypes of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa by Using Randomly Amplified Polymorphic DNA

    【ABSTRACT】 Objective: By finding out the infection performance of Pseudomonas Aeruginosa (PA) in clinical practice of all departments to set up a stable clinical monitoring system of cross infection. Methods : Using RAPD technique for gene classifying and microdilution for drug- senstive test classifying. Results: 1.All the 27PA specimen collected were divided into 6 types according to different degrees of antibiotic drugresistance, of which Type Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ、took up 445、185%、74%、74%、111% and 11% respectively.2.By RAPD, all speoinen Genotype A 、B、C、D、E、F、G、H、I,occupying 519%、74%、、74%、74%、74%、37%、37%、74% and 37% respectively.Conclusion: Genotype A and Drug-Fast Spectrum Ⅰ in PA strains were the main causes of infection in ICU hospital, and other strains were not relevant to the infection. 2 the sensitivity , identification and reliability of RAPD classing obviously prevail over drug-fast spectrum, so it has considerable significance in the study of molecular epidemiology. 3 PA strains were highly resistant to Piperacillin ,Cefuroxime and Cefuroxime ; comparatively sensitive to Carbostyril antibiotics ; resistant to amimo sugar antibiotics in some degree and least resistant to Imipenem. ......
