摘要：目的 探讨在电脑中重建血管三维图像数学模型的方法。方法 通过计算机模拟得到血管切片的数字图像，依此建立数学模型，对模型求解，建立拟合空间曲线，检验及分析误差，给出重建血管三维图像数学模型的方法。结果 模型的算法可靠，血管三维图像重建成功。结论 血管的三维重建和显示有重要的临床意义。关键词：血管；三维重建；拟合
