【摘要】目的：探讨腔镜下甲状腺切除术的方法与优缺点。方法：连续为18例甲状腺肿块患者施行经胸入路的腔镜下甲状腺肿块切除术。结果：全部手术均获成功，平均手术时间128min。平均术后住院时间5d(4～7d)。无喉返神经或甲状旁腺损伤及其它并发症。结论：经胸入路腔镜下甲状腺切除术是安全可行的，且具有更好的美容效果。【关键词】腔镜;甲状腺切除术

【Abstract】Objective: To discuss the clinic value of endoscopic thyroidectomy.Methods:18 cases with thyroid lump were performed endoscopic thyroidectomy.Results:All patients underwent endoscopic thyrideotomy successfully with no conversion,no injury of recurnent nerve,and parathyroid glands.The mean time of operations was 128 minutes.Conclusions:Compared with conventional operation,endoscopic thyroidectomy achieves better cosmetic result with minimal incision in concealed place.
