摘 要:目的 了解坦克部队的膳食情况,为部队合理安排膳食和改善战士营养状况提供依据。方法 膳食调查采用3 d膳食称重法,能量消耗调查采用生活观察法,并进行体格功能检查。结果 该部队膳食主要以谷类、根茎类和叶菜类为主。每人每日能量摄入为16.12 MJ,能量消耗为15.67 MJ;蛋白质摄入量为116.58 g, 优质蛋白质占22.68%; 脂肪、多种维生素摄入不足。结论 该部队膳食营养水平基本达到标准,但存在膳食蛋白质质量欠佳及多种维生素摄入不足等问题。关键词:坦克部队;膳食;营养调查
Investigation and evaluation of diet nutrition to the Tank crews

Abstract:Objective To find out the condition of diet nutrition of tank crews and put forward suggestions for arrangement of diets.Methods Weighing method was used in the survey of tank crews' diet for 3 days, the life observation method was used on the forth day and health function checkup was made.Results The diet were mainly based on grains, rootstocks and leaf vegetables. The average intake energy for each person was 16.12 MJ and the energy consumption was 15.67 MJ; The intake of protein was 116.58 g and highquality protein was 22.68%; Fat intake was inadequate and a few vitamins were not enough.Conclusion The diet nutrition condition was normal ,but the quality of protein was not good and a few vitamins was not enough, etc. ......
