超细南瓜粉对小鼠血糖影响的研究

     摘要:目的 探讨超细南瓜粉对实验小鼠血糖的影响。方法 将健康成年雄性昆明种小白鼠80只随机分成8组,即高、中、低剂量组及对照组各两组,分别进行降糖作用观察和糖耐量观察;各组实验动物在室温下灌胃给相应的南瓜粉或蒸馏水,降糖作用观察进行30 d,实验结束测定血糖。结果 超细南瓜粉在高、中剂量组与对照组比较,空腹血糖明显降低,具有显著性差异(P< 0.05);餐后0.5及2 h血糖降低非常明显,具有极显著差异(P< 0.01)。结论 超细南瓜粉具有极好的降低血糖和调节维持血糖稳定的作用。

    Effect of superfine pumpkin powder on blood glucose in mice

    Abstract:Objective To study the effect of superfine pumpkin powder on blood glucose in tested mice. Methods Eighty male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 8 groups: highdose groups, middose group, lowdose group and control groups, each dosage has two groups and for observation of glucose reduction and glucosetolerance. Mice in each tested group were given superfine pumpkin powder and distilled water by stomachperfusion under room temperature condition. Observation of glucose reduction lasted 30 days. Blood was collected for blood glucose detection in the end. Results The difference was significantIn between high and middose groups, glucose levels were lower than those of the control group(P< 0.05). Glucose levels were lower than those of the control group after meal, and the difference was very significant(P< 0.01).Conclusion Superfine pumpkin powder may have a better effect on blood glucose reduction. ......
