+Gz暴露对大鼠海马毛细血管超微结构的影响

     摘要:目的 探讨+Gz重复暴露对大鼠海马毛细血管超微结构的影响。方法 SD大鼠 60只,随机分成对照组、+Gz重复暴露后1 h、6 h、12 h、24 h和48 h组,每组10只。采用动物离心机,建立+Gz引发急性脑缺血模型;常规透射电镜标本制备;对+Gz暴露后不同时间大鼠海马毛细血管超微结构进行观察。结果 海马毛细血管超微结构于+Gz重复暴露后1 h开始改变,12 h改变最重,48 h基本恢复正常。结论 +Gz重复暴露导致脑缺血,引起毛细血管超微结构的可逆性损伤。

    Effect of +Gz exposures on rat's hippocampus capillary

    Abstract:Objective This research observed ultra structure changes of hippocampus capillary after +Gz exposures.Methods Sixty conscious SD rats served as the subjects. They were randomly divided into six groups. By means of an animal centrifuge, we set up a model of acute brain ischemia resulting from +Gz exposures, and use electron microscope to observe the structure of hippocampus capillary at different time after repeated +Gz exposures. Results We found that the ultra structure of capillary started to change at 1 h after +Gz exposures, and it changed most distinctly at 12 h. The structure recovered to normal at 48 h.Conclusion This study demonstrates there is brain ischemia after +Gz exposures, and it induce structure changes of hippocampus capillary, a reversible injury. ......
