摘要:目的 优化氧化苦参碱的脂质体的制备方法和工艺。方法 采用正交设计,以氧化苦参碱脂质体的包封率为指标,优化处方及制备工艺。结果 氧化苦参碱脂质体的最佳工艺处方为:药脂质量比为2:3、磷脂与胆固醇质量比为3:1、缓冲盐的pH值7.2、温度60℃。结论 按优化处方制得的氧化苦参碱脂质体的包封率令人满意。:

Abstract: Objective To optimize the preparation and formulation of oxymatrine liposomes. Methods Orthogonal design was adopted to screen the formulation of oxymatrine liposomes with the index of the entrapment efficiency as an index. Result The ideal ratio of oxymatrine to phosphatidylcholine-cholesterol is 2:3; the ratio of phosphatidylcholine cholesterol is 3:1; PBS(pH: 7.2); temperature: 60 ℃. Conclusion The entrapment efficiency of the optimized oxymatrine liposomes is satisfactory.
