摘要:目的 介绍超临界流体制备细微粒控释药物的技术及应用。方法 通过流化床中超临界流体快速膨胀法、二组分的超临界流体快速膨胀共沉析法和超临界流体溶解法的介绍,总结超临界流体技术制备细微粒控释药物的特点。结果与结论 超临界流体技术制备的细微颗粒具有形状圆整、颗粒粒径分布均匀、体外释放恒速、无溶剂残留等特点。

Abstract:Objective To introduce the principle and application of supercritical fluid on preparation of fine particles. Methods The rapid expansion of supercritical fluid solution (RESS), coprecipitation of two components and dissolution method were studied in this paper. Results and conclusions Fine particles by supercritical fluid has super advantages that included perfect and symmetrical fine particles , steady release and residual solvent-free. So it is praised as “green” preparation technology and has wide prospect.
