【摘要】 目的 比较阿昔洛韦联合重组人白介素-2(IL-2)与单用阿昔洛韦治疗复发性生殖器疱疹的疗效。方法 随机将84例患者分为2组，观察各组3个月、6个月、12个月后的复发率。结果 3个月后的复发控制率差异不明显(χ2=0.94,P>0.05)；6个月、12个月后复发控制率差异有显著性(χ2=5.36，P<0.05；χ2=12.44，P<0.01)。结论 阿昔洛韦联合IL-2治疗复发性生殖器疱疹能显著降低复发率，可能是与增高血清IL-2水平有关。

    Observation on the effect of acyclovir combined with recombinant human interleukin-2 on palindromic genital herpes

    【Abstract】 Objective Comparison of the efficacy of acyclovir combined with recombinant human interleukin-2(IL-2)and single acyclovir in treating palindromic genital perpes.Methods 84 patients were divided into two groups randomly.Then the recurrence rate of every group was calculated.Results The difference of the recurrence rates of the 2 groups were not obvious after 3 months(χ2=0.94,P>0.05).There were great difference between the 2 groups after 6 months and 12 months(χ2=5.36,P<0.05;χ2=12.44,P<0.01).Conclusion The recurrence rate of genital herpes can be decreased significantly by combined using of acyclovir and IL-2. ......
