【摘要】 目的 研究视网膜脱离在高场强磁共振中的表现，探讨磁共振对视网膜脱离的诊断价值。方法 收集10例视网膜脱离患者的MRI检查及临床资料，男4例，女6例，年龄4～69岁，平均40岁，分析其MRI表现。结果 视网膜脱离的MRI表现为等或短T1、长T2信号，呈新月形或梭形改变，FLAIR呈高信号，STIR呈高信号。脉络膜黑色素瘤为短T1、短T2信号。结论 磁共振能观察和诊断视网膜脱离，并能提供更丰富的信息。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristic magnetic resnonance imaging (MRI) features of retinal detachment by the high field MRI and estimate its value in diagnosing retinal detachment.Methods 11 patients (male 4 cases,female 7 cases,4～68 years old,average is 42) with retinal detachment were examined by 1.5T MRI.Results The characteristic MRI features of retinal detachment are isointensity or short T1,long T2 signals,new lunar or fusiform shape,high signals on FLAIR and STIR.Choroidal melanomas were high signals on T1 weighted image and low signals on T2 weighted image.Conclusion High field MRI can observe and diagnose retinal detachment and supply more plentiful information. ......
