    摘 要:目的 研究唾液取样方法和昼夜生物节律对唾液中卡马西平(CBZ)浓度的影响. 方法 ①以自然取样法、棉球法和柠檬酸法顺次收集12例癫痫患者唾液，同时收集血液样品;②以棉球法对8例患者在24h内的4个时间点分别收集唾液并同时收集血液.HPLC法测定唾液和血液样品中CBZ浓度，并对两者之间的相关性进行统计学比较. 结果 卡马西平在唾液中的浓度分别为:自然取样法2.81mg·L-1 ，棉球法2.06mg·L-1 ，柠檬酸法2.22mg·L-1 ;唾液药物浓度与血药浓度之间的相关系数分别为:自然取样法0.853，棉球法0.904，柠檬酸法0.906.不同时间点(7:00，11:00，15:00和21:00)的唾液药物浓度与血药浓度之比(S/P)分别为0.335，0.321，0.309和0.358;相关系数(r)分别为:0.85，0.93，0.92和0.98. 结论 棉球法和柠檬酸法优于自然取样法，CBZ在唾液中的分布受昼夜生物节律的影响，收集时间宜选择11:00，15:00和21:00.
