2型糖尿病并脑梗死患者eNOS基因内含子4上a/b基因多态性的初步研究

     【摘要】目的探讨内皮细胞性一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)基因内含子4上a/b基因的多态性与单纯2型糖尿病(NIDDM)及糖尿病并脑梗死(cerebral infarction,CI)的关系。方法应用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术，检测89例NIDDM合并CI病人的基因型，并与对照组比较。结果 NIDDM合并CI组eNOS基因ab基因型的频率(2697%)明显高于对照组(125%)及NIDDM组(1268%)，a等位基因的频率(1348%)也明显高于对照组(625%)及NIDDM组(634%)，均有显著性差异(P<005)。结论 eNOS基因ab基因型与NIDDM合并CI有相关性，等位基因a可能是NIDDM合并CI的危险因素。

    【Abstract】 Objective To investigate association between the a/b in intron 4 polymorphism of endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) gene and type 2 diabetes with cerebral infarction(CI).Methods The genotype of 89 patients with type 2 disbetes with Cl and control group and type 2 diabetes group was measured by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Results The ab genotype distibution frequency of eNOS gene in diabetes group with CI is higher than that in control group (2697%vs125%)and type 2 diabetes (1268%).The a allele frequency of eNOS gene of diabetes group with CI is significantly higher than that in control group(1348%vs625%),and significantly higher than that in type 2 diabetes (634%),too.Statistical differences between diabetes group with CI and control group are significant (P<005) ......
