【摘要】 新药的临床试验是新药开发的重要环节，是评价药物安全性和有效性的重要手段，包含了大量数据的记录、存储、整理、传送、统计等工作。近年来，电子化系统在临床试验领域的应用大大提高了临床试验数据的质量，并有效地缩短了临床研究的周期，为药物上市赢得了宝贵的时间。本文在分析传统“纸质化”临床试验不足的同时，探讨了目前临床试验中数据管理的电子化应用，突出了电子化临床试验更高质量，更高效率以及降低研究管理成本等优点；随着电子化系统在临床试验中的广泛应用，其将成为新药开发的必然趋势。

    【Abstract】 Clinical trial is an important component of new drug development and method for evaluation of its safety and efficacy， which contains amounts of data’s entering， saving， filing， transmitting， statistics，and so on.
