    摘 要:目的 分析正常人血清IgM类抗角蛋白自身抗体(AK auto Abs)的自身反应特性及其与年龄的相关性. 方法 应用间接ELISA法检测新生儿(脐带血)、幼儿、成年人及老年人血清IgM类AK auto Abs的滴度，免疫印迹法检测抗体对自身角蛋白的反应特征，并对结果进行比较分析. 结果 脐带血中存在着IgM类AK auto Abs，但其滴度明显低于其他三个年龄组，而其他三组的抗体滴度无明显差异(P>0.05);新生儿组IgM类AK auto Abs对角蛋白的反应模式在不同个体之间均匀一致，在其他三组不同个体之间有一定异质性，但不同年龄组之间无相关性. 结论 IgM类AK auto Abs天然存在于正常人体内，但出生时滴度较低，反应模式较为一致;幼年期抗体水平迅速增加，反应模式趋向多样化;以后各年龄段基本保持稳定.

    Abstract:AIM To analyze the self-reactivity of IgM anti-keratin autoantibodies(AK auto Abs)in healthy human sera at different ages.METHODS Levels of IgM AK auto Abs in healthy human sera at different ages(newborn baby，in-ant，adult and the aged)were detected by indirect ELISA，and their reactive patterns on a group of keratin with differ-ent molecular dose were shown by western-blotting.Results were analyzed regarding the difference of reactive pattern be-tween each individuals.RESULTS Levels of IgM AK auto Abs in cord blood were significantly lower than those of the other three groups(P<0.05) ......
