【摘要】 目的 探讨缓释性前列腺素E2栓用于足月引产的有效性及安全性。方法 采用前瞻性研究。结果 研究组给药后Bishop评分100%提高≥2分，95%提高≥3分。新生儿Apgar评分全部10分，降低了剖宫产率。结论 前列腺素E2阴道栓经证实为安全、有效的引产药物。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore efficacy and safety of continuously released prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) suppository-propess used for induction of term pregnancy.Methods A prospective study was carried.Results Bishop score was increased≥2 points in 100% cases,≥3 points in 95% cases.Apgar score 10 for all neonates. cesarean section(CS) rate was reduced.Conclusion Continuously released PGE2 suppository-propess is of efficiency and safety for labor induction in term pregnancy.
