    摘 要:目的 探讨生殖器念珠菌病(GC)合并多因素混合感染的机制，为其临床治疗提供流行病学依据. 方法 采用超高倍显微镜常规检查法、超高倍显微镜免疫荧光法、解脲支原体(UU)培养、沙眼衣原体(CT)金标法、淋球菌(NG)培养等方法对泌尿生殖道标本进行检查，结合临床观察分析. 结果 在2582例中，GC212例，占8.21%;而在212例伴GC的泌尿生殖道感染的病例中检出线索细胞(CC)48例，G- 双球菌(或NG)13例，G+ 球菌6例，G+ 杆菌33例，G- 短杆菌48例，CT37例，UU44例，滴虫9例;2种或2种以上的病原菌感染占84.30%. 结论 性传播疾病(sexually transmitted disease，STD)的混合感染日趋多见，多种检查方法对泌尿生殖道标本检测，才能较准确反映泌尿生殖道感染全貌.
