【摘要】 目的 研究高粱壳挥发油的化学成分。方法 采用气相色谱-质谱-计算机联用技术，分析高粱壳中的挥发性成分。结果 气相色谱共分离出50多种化合物，经与质谱标准图谱比较检索出22种化学成分，含量较高的主要有壬酸(7.72%)、正十六烷酸(6.11%)、水杨酸甲酯(5.63%)和(E，E)-2，4-癸烷二烯醛(4.14%)等。结论 该研究为进一步开发利用高粱壳药用资源提供了科学依据。
