【摘要】 目的 探讨胆总管探查术后更为合理完善的T型管夹管方法。方法 140例胆总管探查术后放置T型管的患者按随机均等分配的原则分为两组，分别按计划给予早夹管或常规夹管。结果 试验组血电解质恢复早、体液丢失少，并发症少，经费低，与对照组比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。结论 适当早夹管是一种促进机体尽快恢复、减少并发症、节约经费的有效办法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore a reasonable and perfect method of T-tube’s pipe-griping after common bile duct operation for verification.Methods The patients for 140 examples after common bile duct operation for verification was divided into two groups by the way of no chance and equal, and gave two different ways of early pipe-griping or routine pipe-griping.Results It was early about renew of the electrolyte in the blood, less about lost of body fluid, lower about complication and cost in the test group. There was statistic difference between test group and control group. (P<0.01).Conclusion Early pipe-griping is a useful way to renew of body, reduction of complication and cost. ......
