【摘要】 目的 评价三维动态增强磁共振血管成像(three-dimensional dynamic contrast-enhanced magnetic resonance angiography,3D-DCE MRA)在诊断下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(atherosclerotic obstructive disease,ASO)方面的价值。方法 40例经下肢动脉数字减影造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)证实ASO的病人，在此之前均接受了3D-DCE MRA检查和多普勒超声(doppler ultrasonography)血管检查。以DSA为标准，比较3D-DCE MRA和多普勒超声在诊断ASO方面的准确性。结果 以DSA为标准，该研究中3D-DCE MRA的相对准确率为92.5%，而多普勒彩超的相对准确率为72.5%。MRA准确率明显高于多普勒彩超。结论 3D-DCE MRA具有准确性高、无创伤性、无对比剂毒性反应、成像速度快等优点，在将来有可能取代DSA成为ASO的首选检查。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the three-dimensional dynamic contrast enhanced magnetic resonance angiography in the diagnosis of lower limb atherosclerotic obstructive disease.Methods 40 patients who were proved to be ASO with digital subtraction angiography were examined with 3D-DCE MRA as well as Doppler ultrasonography earlier.Regarding DSA as standard,to compare the veracity between 3D-DCE MRA and Doppler ultrasonography.Results The veracity of 3D-DCE MRA is 92.5%,while the veracity of Doppler ultrasonography is 72.5%.Obviously the former is higher than the latter.Conclusion 3D-DCE MRA has high veracity,non-invasion,non-hypersensitivity and high speed of imaging.Before later it should take place of DSA as the most important examination of ASO. ......
