    摘 要:目的 探讨口服II型胶原蛋白(CII)对大鼠佐剂性关节炎(AA)的治疗作用及给药时间与疗效之间的关系. 方法 在给予完全福氏佐剂(CFA)致关节炎同时及之前或之后2wk开始经口胃饲不同剂量(0.3，3.0，30.0，300.0μg及1.0mg)的CII治疗SD大鼠的AA，疗程均为3mon. 结果 给予CII口服治疗的SD大鼠，AA的关节症状明显减轻(MMAI43.4±21.0vs13.8±15.9，15.1±8.8，19.1±11.4，P<0.01)，病程缩短(101.8±14.5vs34.6±31.1，54.3±31.1，45.4±37.3，P<0.01)，晚期致肢体畸形比例下降(100.0%vs30.0%，33.3%，40.0%，P<0.01)，病程中关节外表现亦减少(80.0%vs26.7%，20.0%，20.0%，P<0.01);其中，似以致关节炎前开始治疗的CII-A组疗效更好. 结论 口服CII诱导免疫耐受对大鼠AA有良好的治疗作用;预防性用药，疗效似更佳.此结果为口服CII用于人类类风湿性关节炎的治疗提供了动物实验依据.
