米非司酮对子宫内膜异位症患者外周血清中TNF-α与IL-6的影响

【摘要】 目的 探讨米非司酮治疗子宫内膜异位症的免疫学机制。方法 以传统药物丹那唑为对照，通过酶联免疫竞争法检测用药前后血清中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)与白细胞介素6(IL-6)的水平。结果 用药3个月后，米非司酮组血清中TNF-α与IL-6的水平均明显降低，差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 米非司酮10mg/d治疗子宫内膜异位症3个月，患者血清中TNF-α与IL-6的水平明显降低，是其治疗子宫内膜异位症的机制之一。【关键词】 米非司酮；子宫内膜异位症；TNF-α；IL-6

【Abstract】 Objective To study the immune mechanism of mifepristone in the therapy of endometriosis.Methods Compared with danazol,serum TNF-α and IL-6 were measured before and after mifepristone treating endometriosis with the methods of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Results After the 3 months treatment,there were significant difference in serum TNF-α and IL-6 before and after using mifepristone (P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone have been used consistently for 3 months,the descent of serum TNF-α and IL-6 is one of the mechanism in the therapy of endometriosis.
