    Abstract:AIM To investigate whether dendritic cells(CD)pulsed by L2peptide of human papillomavirus(HPV)stimu-late immunoresponse against recurrent condyloma acumina-tum(CA).METHODS One hundred and nine cases of re-current CA who were resistant to common treatment were in-cluded.109cases of recurrent CA were treated in two groups randomly，59cases were treated by CD cells regulated by L2peptide of HPV and the other50cases were in the control group.Before and after treatment，humoral and cellular im-munity was tested，and wart tissue was detected with PCR，HE and immunohistochemical method.All the patients were followed up for6mo.RESULTS After treatment by CD cells regulated by L2peptide of HPV，humoral and cellular immunity of most patients was improved，vascular propaga-tion was accompanied with a large amount of invased im-munocells at position of condyloma acuminatum.Cystencyte and the positive rates of HPV significantly decreased.The re-current rate in the treatment group dropped to10%.CON-CLUSION L2peptide of HPV regulated dendritic cells could stimulate specific humoral immunity ......
