    摘 要:目的 了解载脂蛋白E(apoE)及血清脂类物质检测对脑梗死的诊断作用. 方法 用免疫比浊法和酶法对65例脑梗死患者血清中apoE及HDL-C，LDL-C，TG和TC进行对照观察. 结果 脑梗死患者血清中apoE，TC，HDL-C，LDL-C明显高于对照组(P<0.01).apoE，TC，LDL三项指标联合检测对诊断脑梗死的特异性、阳性预测值可达100%，诊断效率57.1%，敏感性33.2%，避免了假阳性. 结论 血清中apoE，LDL-C，TC的联合检测对脑梗死有一定诊断价值.
