摘 要:目的 观察丝裂霉素C(MMC)对培养的人结膜囊成纤维细胞胶原合成的影响. 方法 用3 H-脯氨酸掺入和原位杂交法观察MMC对培养人结膜囊成纤维细胞胶原合成活性的作用. 结果 0.4g·L-1 MMC作用5min,可使结膜囊成纤维细胞对3 H-脯氨酸的摄取减少55%以上(P<0.05),并降低了Ⅰ型前胶原mRNA原位杂交信号. 结论 临床青光眼滤过手术中使用的MMC剂量与作用时间,可减少成纤维细胞胶原的合成,有利于青光眼滤过手术成功率的提高.
