摘 要:目的 探讨高压氧预处理诱导脊髓缺血耐受的机制. 方法 21只雄性新西兰大白兔,随机分为3组(每组n=7):对照组,即常压空气组;HBO组,即单纯高压氧(HBO)预处理组(100%O2 ,253.3kPa,1h d-1 ,5d);DMTU组,HBO预处理条件同HBO组,但于每次HBO处理前1h予500mg kg-1 二甲基硫脲(DMTU)iv.最后一次HBO处理后24h采用肾下主动脉阻断法造成脊髓缺血(20min),观察再灌注后48h时的神经功能评分,及脊髓(L5 )病理学变化.并同时测定后两组动物在HBO预处理前24h,每次HBO处理后1h,脊髓缺血前10min和再灌注10min时的血中丙二醛(MDA)水平. 结果 再灌注48h时神经功能评分HBO组明显优于对照组和DMTU组(P<0.05);脊髓前角正常运动神经元计数明显多于对照组和DMTU组(P<0.05).MDA水平各时间点两组间无显著差别. 结论 高压氧预处理所诱导的脊髓缺血耐受的机制与氧自由基的产生有关.
