    摘 要:目的 研究心得安外涂所致豚鼠银屑病样动物模型皮损中角蛋白K14，16，17表达水平的变化，从分子水平研究此种动物模型的可行性. 方法 用50g L-1 心得安乳剂外涂豚鼠耳背部皮肤诱导银屑病样动物模型，应用原位杂交法检测银屑病样皮损中角蛋白K14，16，17的表达. 结果 心得安外涂所致豚鼠银屑病样动物模型皮损中角蛋白K14，16表达水平较正常对照组明显增高，K17的水平无明显变化. 结论 心得安外涂所致豚鼠银屑病样动物模型不仅在组织病理学而且在分子水平上与人类银屑病皮损基本一致.
