    摘 要:目的 拟建立益胃胶囊的质控方法. 方法 采用TLC法对益胃胶囊中的芍药、黄芪、延胡索和黄连定性，HPLC法测定芍药甙的含量. 结果 在TLC色谱中能检出黄芪甲苷、芍药苷、延胡索乙素和黄连小蘖碱;芍药苷在0.106～6.36μg范围内呈线性关系，平均回收率为95.6%，RSD为1.78%. 结论 所建立的方法对处方的各组成药材，可快速地定性、准确定量检测.

    Abstract:AIM To establish a quality control method for Yiwei capsule.METHODS The technique of TLC was used to identify Radix Astragali，Radix paeoniae Alba，Rhizoma Corydalis，and Rhizoma Coptidis.The contents of paeoni-florin were determined by HPLC.RESULTS AstragalosideⅣ，Paeoniflorin，Tetrahydropalmatine and Berberine Hy-drochloride were found in the capsule by TLC.Paeoniflorin showed good linear relationship in the range of0.106～6.36μg.The average recovery was95.6% ......
