【摘要】 目的 讨论右半结肠癌误诊为阑尾炎及阑尾周围脓肿的原因及教训，探讨其预防方法。方法 回顾性分析我院近8年来收治的126例右半结肠癌的临床资料。结果 126例右半结肠癌中，18例入院时误诊为阑尾炎及阑尾周围脓肿；2例误诊为阑尾周围脓肿并肠梗阻。结论 右半结肠癌早期症状不典型，术前详细的病史及检查，术中必要的探查是避免误诊的有效措施。

    【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the causes and prevention of right hemicolon carcinoma misdiagnosed as appendicitis or periappendicular abcess.Methods One hundred and twenty_six cases of right hemicolon carcinoma hospitalized in recently 8 years were analyzed retrospectively.
