关键词: 骨形态发生蛋白;磷酸钙类;骨水泥;生物相容性材料摘 要:目的 将自行合成的磷酸钙骨水泥(CPC)作为载体与BMP复合成人工骨,检测其生物相容性. 方法 制备CPC/BMP及CPC骨块,通过体外实验、细胞培养、动物实验等方法观察其毒性、免疫原性、对血液系统的影响等生物相容性指标. 结果 动物实验表明材料属无毒级,不含致热原,体外试验不引起溶血反应,对凝血功能无明显影响.植入兔或小鼠肌袋内未检测出特异性抗体.组织学检查未见免疫排斥反应,对肌肉无刺激作用.对体外培养的细胞增殖没有明显抑制作用. 结论 材料有较好的生物相容性,临床使用安全.
