摘 要:目的 采取“封洲禁牧”措施，切断病原，净化草洲，保护人、畜免受新感染和重复感染，达到控制大湖区血吸虫病的流行。 方法 每年3月1日～10月31日实施封洲禁牧，并在每年10月15日以前对人、畜进行血吸虫病的查治。 结果 两个试点经过“封洲禁牧”后，均达到了国家基本控制血吸虫病的标准。 结论 认为“封洲禁牧”是目前用于控制大湖区血吸虫病流行中科学性强，方法简便，速度快，效果好的措施。 关键词: 血吸虫病;江湖洲滩;封洲禁牧

    IMPORTANCE AND PRACTICE ON THE CONTROLLING OF SCHISTOSOMIASIS IN THE LARGE LAKE AREA BY MEANS OF ISOLATING THE MEADOW AND PROHIBITING PASTURE
