摘 要:目的 为了比较杀螨药防治牛羊痒螨病的效果。 方法 连续20年时间，对10余种防治牛羊痒螨病药物进行了试验。 结果 200×10-6 胺丙畏离体杀螨时间为139min，活体动物杀螨时间为24h，畜体残效保护期为72d，需人民币0.26元/羊;广谱杀螨药物长效为硝碘酚，该药对活体动物杀螨时间为96h，残效保护期为120d，需人民币0.5元/羊;最佳广谱杀螨药物为阿力佳，有效成分为阿维菌素，对活体动物杀螨时间为24h，畜体残效保护期为32d，需人民币0.2元/羊，连续应用两次基本控制了牛羊痒螨病。 结论 阿力佳杀螨效果优于胺丙畏、碘硝酚等杀螨药物。而且对牛羊肠道线虫、羊鼻蝇蛆、牛皮绳蛆均有高效杀灭作用，已广泛应用于畜牧业生产。
