    摘 要:目的 家兔血液比热是热稀释法测量家兔心输出量的重要修正系数. 方法 根据牛顿冷却定律，采用同一容器盛装兔血或水，若两者温度与体积都基本相同，则水与兔血的散热规律基本相同，水的比热已知，便可求出兔血的比热;又利用同一系统测得标准100g·L-1 NaCl溶液的比热值，求得测量系统误差，对所测兔血比热进行修正. 结果 对测得的多组兔血比热数据进行合理筛选后，得到新鲜兔血测量值:0.886±0.022，经误差修正得到家兔血液比热:0.849±0.022;陈旧兔血测量值:1.020±0.021，经误差修正后:0.997±0.021. 结论 冷却法测定家兔血液比热方法可靠，数据处理合理，结果可信.
