    人胚神经干细胞体外培养体系的成功建立

    摘 要: 本研究通过体外的无血清培养技术和免疫细胞化学技术，成功地从临床流产的胚胎中建立起人中枢神经系统的神经干细胞培养体系，培养出人胚神经干细胞系，并初步比较了人神经干细胞和小鼠神经干细胞的体外生长特性，为进一步探讨有关神经干细胞的细胞学特性提供了一个良好的模型，这也是国内首次成功建立的人神经干细胞体外培养模型.

    INTRODUCTION

    Neural stem cell is one kind of neural precursor cells that can self renewal and be introduced to dif-ferentiate into the three major CNS cell types:neurons，as-trocytes and oligodendrocytes[1] .Though people believed that there were neural stem cells in the mammal central nervous system，but they knew very little about their characteristic for the short of a cell culture system until the establishment of the mouse neural stem cell culture system in1992
