     【摘要】目的：探讨LC术后腹壁并发症发生的原因及防治措施。方法：回顾分析1999年6月至2004年10月间收治的1 420例LC术后发生腹壁并发症117例的临床资料。结果：经积极防治，所有发生腹壁并发症的病例均顺利康复。结论：只要了解LC术后腹壁并发症发生的原因及防治措施并积极处理，就可尽量减少腹壁并发症的发生。

    【Abstract】Objective:To investigate the cause and prevention of complication of abdominal wall after LC.Methods: A longitudinal retrospective study was conducted in 1 420 patients after postoperation of LC from Jun. 1996 to Oct. 2004, including 117 patients with complication.Results: All the cases were cured.Conclusions:The occurrences of complication of abdominal wall can decrease when correct measures are taken in time.
