    摘 要:目的 研究不同方式掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd-YAG)激光对小鼠移植瘤生长及转移的影响. 方法 99只近交系615小鼠，分为4组，除对照组外，其余3组应用输出功率5W的Nd-YAG激光进行不同方式的照射，照射能量密度800J cm-2 ，照射后第8日观察肿瘤的生长及肺转移情况. 结果 不同方式激光照射组的肿瘤肺转移程度明显低于对照组(P<0.01)，封闭照射组肿瘤生长慢于对照组(P<0.01). 结论 不同方式的Nd-YAG激光治疗可减少小鼠肿瘤肺转移，提示Nd-YAG激光除体腔应用外，可结合手术治疗或其他种类激光治疗以减少肿瘤转移.
