    摘 要:目的 研究CD147与MMPs(基质金属蛋白酶)在肝癌细胞系中表达的相关性. 方法 流式细胞仪检测正常肝细胞QZG及不同肝癌细胞系(BEL-7402，QGY-7404，SMMC-7721，HHCC和HHCC-9204)中CD147的表达;酶谱法分析其产生MMPs的含量及活性. 结果 正常肝细胞株QZG中CD147表达阴性，其余5株肝癌细胞系CD147表达阳性;MMP-2和MMP-9在QZG和肝癌细胞系中均表达，但在肝癌细胞系中表达明显增高;MMP-9以酶原和活性形式表达，MMP-2仅以酶原形式表达;统计学分析CD147与MMPs表达成正相关. 结论 CD147可作为判断肝癌细胞具备高侵袭转移潜能的标志.
