电磁场变化率对血液粘度和凝血过程的影响

    摘 要:目的 研究电磁场变化率对血液粘度和凝血过程的影响,探索降低血液粘度,抑制凝血过快、过强的一种物理新方法. 方法 研制产生不同dE/dt,dB/dt的电磁场发生器.样品用dE/dt和dB/dt处理,处理后分别检测样品的血液粘度、红细胞电泳和凝血过程. 结果 dB/dt能使全血表观粘度η降低(P<0.01)、复钙凝血时间tr 变长(P<0.01),血块的最大剪切应力τm 变小(P<0.01),处理组间比较dB/dt较dE/dt作用效果明显. 结论 dB/dt能改善血液的流变特性.
