    摘 要:目的 探讨军队与地方大学生的心理特征、心理问题及适应状况;研究军地大学生的综合能力及发展潜在能力.为大学生的培养过程管理提供心理学依据. 方法 对西安地区的两所重点院校四年级学员进行心理学检测，其中地方大学生88(男71，女17)名;军队院校117(男97，女20)名.年龄21～25岁.采用MMPI-B进行实地测查，对两组学员进行统计学分析与比较. 结果 地方大学生组HS，Pa，Pt，Sc，Ma，Si，In高于军校学生组，表明心理问题较多，适应能力较差.军校大学生组To，Lp，Ac，Gr，Ie，Cs，Tp，Es，St高于地方大学生组，表明军校大学生具有较强的心理素质及适应能力，综合能力及发展潜能较好. 结论 军地两所重点大学学生MMPI结果比较与分析显示，军校学员在人格特征、心理素质、应激能力及综合能力、发展潜能等方面均优于地方大学学员.地方大学学员经济、生活负担过重，毕业后就业困难等是造成心理问题的主要因素.
