    摘 要:目的 检测Fcγ受体(FcγR)在胎盘组织的分布. 方法 免疫荧光染色法结合普通荧光显微镜观察. 结果 人胎盘滋养层细胞表面存在FcγRⅢ，主要分布于滋养层细胞和绒毛间质细胞.FcγRⅡ主要存在于绒毛间质细胞.FcγRⅠ在胎盘的各层细胞均未检测到.另外，这3型FcγR在绒毛间隙的母血细胞中也存在. 结论 FcγRⅢ分布在不同的胎盘细胞，提示可能与其不同功能有关.
